Grandma Turner - August 1954
In August, Dad, Mom, and Norman drove to Kalispell in the ‘new’ 1946 Chrysler
to visit Grandma Turner after her lower leg amputation (she was diabetic.)
We visited her at the hospital, then at a convalescent home, she in her new wheelchair.
She seemed calm and accepting of her new status.

Glacier Park - twice as nice
Norman suggested that Glacier Park was very scenic, and that we ought to go see it.
Surprise: We did a one-day drive-through.
